Merry Christmas and everything else, Subscriber First Name! I honor my own tradition and yours as well. In the words of one of my favorite songs this time of year: “The weary world rejoices.” Oh my, am I weary. Even in the comfort of a heated home and amidst acknowledged privilege, I am sad and tired. Yet I can hold that heaviness while also rejoicing. It takes a lifetime for a 7 to fully live into that practice, but I’m working on it. Please do this video practice with family and friends! Or whoever happens to be in your negative-rapid-test clan. Again I suggest playing your favorite music alongside the practice to inspire you. This week we mimic the potentially annoying repetition of The 12 Days of Christmas with The 12 Poses of Yoga! Have fun, and just do what you can!
