Last weekend our family joined many others to stroll experiential art houses on a frozen lake. It was wonderful! We know one of the major benefits of yoga is stress reduction. We also know that stress causes inflammation, which, if chronic, eventually becomes disease. Other ways to reduce stress include making social connections, enjoying nature, and spending time with your pets. I think we covered it all this week! What have you done lately to intentionally reduce stress, Subscriber First Name? If you’re finding it difficult to come up with an answer, then I hope you can make a plan right now to initiate some curated rest/enjoyment. This week our yoga is only about 30 minutes, so if you’re pressed for time, it’s a perfect practice. (The entire video is 33:24.) That way you can do a quick scan of times and descriptions to find the perfect class for you at any time.
